Meet our founder, Allison

Allison Ellis built and sold businesses in the financial and publishing industry in the US and Europe before leaving her career to homeschool.

Ellis is the founder of Mount Titano Media, and works with all types of schools and organizations to restore education and foster outstanding leadership.

The Mount Titano Story

To summarize the entirety of Western Civilization in a sentence, one could say that the Judeo-Christian heritage, symbolized in Mount Sinai, and the ancient Greek heritage, symbolized in Mount Parnassus, merged and spread throughout the Western world via the Roman Empire. We have chosen Titano as the mount to symbolize the legacy of Rome.

The Fortress Guaita, seen in our logo crowning Mount Titano, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built in the 11th century and is an enduring symbol of San Marino.

San Marino is an independent republic surrounded on all sides by the Italian Republic. San Marino dates back to the 4th century A.D., its constitution dates to the year 600 A.D., and the republic has had diplomatic relations with the United States since 1861.
